 The accomplishments throughout the journey of Saudi Pan Kingdom Holding were not a coincidence. They were the result of generations of hard work, devotion and solidarity among the minds and the arms of many persons who had a clear vision of the bright future. This vision started to take shape as the company developed and its activities and specialties diversified.
At the beginning, it was one company: Saudi Pan Kingdom - SAPAC that was, and still is, a solid company ready to take giant leaps into the future. We foresaw needs and satisfied them, we anticipated problems and we solved them through the creation of one company after the other, each an entity itself, but all together forming one chain of events that contributes in satisfying the needs of all the construction related fields.
We are one self-sufficient team, from A to Z. through our integrated approach to business development, we worked hard to build, create and gather diversified business units to achieve a level of sufficient integration. Wherever we saw the need, we created the solution through manufacturing factories, industrial investment and land development companies, equipment fleets and construction material providers… you name it, we've got it. And all of the latter, in one self sufficient cycle, managed and still manages to accomplish all of our existing and future projects from buildings, roads, bridges, water networks, to hotels and hospitals as well as to provide real estate development and investment services.
Having said that, we still feel there is much more to be done, we are still at the first stage, and our previous achievements are not but a drop in the sea of our potentials. We, at Pan Kingdom, are highly motivated to fulfill our future plans. Our determination grows from the faith that only our creator is capable of perfection, but we are wise enough to keep striving for perfection since knowledge and development do not await us at the end of the journey, but teach us life lessons along the way.
The company covers three main categories in three vital areas: first, contracting through Saudi Pan Kingdom Company-SAPAC for contracting and the companies affiliated thereto. Second, industrial investment through Pan Kingdom Investment and the companies affiliated thereto. As for real estate development, Saudi SNAF and the companies affiliated thereto are there to take care of all real estate developments, investment matters.
We don't only sketch and plan the road to success, we also turn those plans into reality. |

More than twenty years ago SAPAC first started operation.
Although sapac started in the beginning of the eighties, when the construction sector was witnessing slow pace, and against all odds, amidst all the chaos of that period, SAPAC rose strong and financially stable. We were not affected by the slow and weak market; on the contrary, we pushed the construction sector forward because we had strong foundations and self-sufficiency. We relied on no one else but God's and ourselves will then the support of our governors and our determination. SAPAC resembled a hive full of busy bees working against time in all fields particularly in Construction and Infrastructure as well as different areas such as roads, bridges, sewerage systems and many more. SAPAC was there not only to witness the introduction of this fertile land into the new millennium, but it was more precisely one of the key factors that contributed in the development and growth of the construction field in the kingdom. Today, twenty and more years after, SAPAC has a spread of 16 branches across the Kingdom.

SAUDI HEPCO COMPANY first started during the great boom that the Kingdom witnessed in terms of renovation and infrastructure projects in water, sewerage, petrochemical fields, and building techniques. HEPCO was launched to address growing demands on pipes of different sizes and uses, nationally and regionally, amidst the infrastructure projects boom. Soon HEPCO's national industrial pipes and pipe products were competing with international names.

While SAPAC was growing, it formed a broad base of expertise in complicated projects and important ones that require extra effort. That's when NPK was established, in 2007. NPK, located in Jeddah, and in a very short time already has projects to cover the west coast of the Kingdom. In compliance with the very reason NPK was established, the company started work on many projects such as Al-Ahella center, considered to be an impressive one-of-a kind accommodation for the Holy Capital pilgrims.

All experts in industrial investment truly know Pan Kingdom Investment-PKI because it is one of the fastest growing companies in Saudi Arabia. In just a short period, PKI is now a stable company, one of the companies complementing Saudi Pan Kingdom Holding Company, independently running and establishing new horizons of investment by cooperation with international companies and maintaining its position as a leading investment company.

PKI did not stop at the establishment of industrial companies. Its strategy extended to look for ways that would improve the company and its affiliates and sistr companies through the establishment of a services company focusing on transportation and logistics only. Thus was established GSTC, one of the leading land transportation companies in the Kingdom. It transports goods, equipments, machineries, materials and other cargos including construction materials inside and outside the Kingdom. It owns large fleet of the latest Mercedes Transport Vehicles (2008 – 2009 models) and employs experienced and well trained drivers. Their maintenance staffs acquired specialty training on Mercedes Technology and have an advance workshop facilities and equipment.

The birth
Saudi Pan Kingdom Holding Company noticed the market need for cement, regional studies showed that the Cement Sector has grown recognizably in GCC. This motivated PKI to invest in cement production which gave birth to Northern Region Cement Company located at the northern region of the Kingdom in Arar.

The Birth
The growth of real estate business and infrastructure in Jordan caught our attention, considering an increase of cement industry in the Middle East for the past seven years. In fact, there was an 8% rise on demands. NRC then made a sound decision to invest in Jordan, establishing the Portland Cement Factory, East of the capital Amman.

The Birth
PKI continued its search for investment opportunities especially in an industry field that motivates the construction field. There were many initiatives, most importantly the participation in the foundation and development of JIZAN Economic city by establishing a steel factory.
PKI collaborated with international market researchers to study the Steel Industry in the region. The results were astounding enabling PKI to start the South Steel Company. The factory is the first to venture in the JIZAN Economic City (JEC) located in the South province of JIZAN.
